Surigao City Mayor Pablo Yves Dumlao II and Surigao del Norte 2nd District Representative Congressman Ace Barbers met with SGV Chairman Wilson Tan in Manila to begin discussions on investment opportunities and partnerships.
City Planning and Development Coordinator Dominador Gualberto II was also present during the visit.
The Provincial Governor of Surigao del Norte Governor Robert Lyndon Barbers was represented by Graciela Mante from the Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO).
