The City Government of Cadiz in Negros Occidental brought essential services directly to the people of Barangay Luna through the Serbisyo Caravan Para Sa Cadiznon.
The initiative led by Mayor Salvador Escalante, Jr. supports community needs by providing a variety of government services right at their doorstep.
In his message during the program, Escalante lauded the progress of Cadiz City through the dedication of city officials who work tirelessly to uplift the lives of every Cadiznon.
“This progress is achieved not only through the commitment of officials but also through the support of Cadiznons.”

Also in attendance were Vice Mayor Lilia Decolongon and Councilors John Vincent Escalante, Marlon Metoda, Judge Frances Guanzon, Fria Cristine Cervantes-Napiza, Maricel Desuyo, and CJ Nido Olvido.
Former City Councilor Bebing Tabanao, along with special guests Claire Consing and Ms.Paulene Decolongon, also shared messages highlighting that the program, along with future initiatives, will continue to benefit all Cadiznons—made possible through the community’s ongoing support.
