The Department of the Interior Local Government acknowledged the various accomplishments of the Province of Samar in the Susgaranan 2023: Pagkilala han mga Landaw han Maupay nga Pangobyernohan at the Tandaya Hall, Catbalogan City.
Governor Sharee Ann Tan, shared her enthusiasm.

“To all awardees, I am sure that all your good deeds will be a susgaranan or shining example that will radiate in the field of good governance and government service progressing in the future, and ultimately contribute to the well-being of your constituents,” the provincial director added.
Meanwhile, DILG Regional Director Arnel Agabe congratulated all the awardees and at the same time challenged them to sustain what has been done for the good of the local government units, and do more efforts to provide the needs of their respective constituents.
The Susgaranan 2023: Pagkilala han mga Landaw han Maupay nga Pangobyernohan is a year-end gathering conceptualized by the DILG-Samar Provincial Office, aimed at acknowledging the exceptional contributions of Local Chief Executives, Heads of Offices, and partner agencies.
