The provincial government of Pampanga is offering free drive-through antigen testing for residents experiencing symptoms of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
Michael Ingal, head nurse at the Mexico Isolation Facility, said the program is part of the provincial government’s disease detection and prevention efforts.
“I-avail ‘yung antigen free testing para malaman ‘yung condition ninyo.”
“Sa mga kababayan po nating Kapampangan, inaanyayahan ko po kayo na i-avail ‘yung antigen free testing para malaman ‘yung condition ninyo and at the same time, para maiwasan po natin na magkalat pa ng sakit, lalo na ngayon na tumaas pa ang kaso ng COVID-19. Kaya maganda na po ‘yung prepared tayo,” Ingal said.
The drive-through antigen test at the Mexico isolation facility is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

As of July 20, the province has logged 527 active COVID-19 cases.
Governor Dennis Pineda reminded his constituents to strictly comply with the minimum health standards.
“Always wear a face mask in public places and observe physical distancing to prevent transmission of the virus,” Pineda stressed.
