A farm-to-market road (FMR) recently completed by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) now benefits mango farmers in the municipality of Carmen, Agusan del Norte.
“The completion of the new FMR in Barangay Poblacion to Sitio Sisiman, Carmen is an answered prayer for local farmers in the area as they need not walk from the upland to bring their products to nearby markets,” DPWH Secretary Roger Mercado said.
