In celebration of its 44th Founding Anniversary, Senator Bong Go congratulated the local government of Jose Dalman, Zamboanga del Norte for the successful inauguration of its multipurpose building.
Go, who supported the funding of the said structure in his capacity as Vice Chair of the Senate Committee on Finance, expressed his confidence that residents of Jose Dalman will certainly benefit as the multipurpose building is set to serve as a venue for various events and community gatherings that will also improve public service delivery.
“Una po sa lahat, happy 44th Founding Anniversary sa bayan ng Jose Dalman. Maraming salamat po sa lahat ng nagtulong-tulong, sa pangunguna ni Mayor Allen and former mayor Rachel Ferrater, upang maisakatuparan ang pagpapatayo ng inyong multipurpose building,” the legislator said.
In line with his support for President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr.’s “Build Better More” program, the lawmaker reiterated that he will continue to support the development of more local infrastructure in the country, emphasizing the role of such initiatives in spurring economic growth and creating job opportunities.
“I am happy that President Bongbong Marcos is committed to implement more infrastructure projects through the ‘Build Better More’ program lalo na ‘yung mag-promote ng interconnectivity sa ating bansa.”

The inauguration of the multipurpose building in Jose Dalman is just one of many similar projects that he supported in the province. Go likewise supported the construction of multipurpose buildings in Dapitan City, Mutia, President Manuel A. Roxas, Salug, Siocon, and Sindangan; acquisition of ambulance units for Mutia and trucks for Katipunan and Mutia; and rehabilitation of roads in Dapitan City, Godod, Jose Dalman, Liloy, Kalawit Labason, La Libertad, Sergio Osmeña and Salug.
The chair of the Senate Committee on Health and Demography was instrumental in pushing for the budget for the Super Health Centers in the cities of Dapitan and Dipolog; in the towns of Kalawit, Labason, Sindangan, and Sirawai; and in two more unspecified locations in the province.
Super Health Centers offer health services including database management, out-patient, birthing, isolation, isolation, diagnostic (laboratory: x-ray, ultrasound), pharmacy and ambulatory surgical unit. Other available services are eye, ear, nose, and throat (EENT) service, oncology centers, physical therapy and rehabilitation center and telemedicine, where remote diagnosis and treatment of patients will be done.
Through the collective efforts of fellow lawmakers, sufficient funds had been allocated under the Health Facilities Enhancement Program of the Department of Health for 307 Super Health Centers in 2022 and 322 in 2023. DOH, the lead implementing agency, identifies the strategic areas where they will be constructed.
