First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos, together with Health Secretary Teddy Herbosa, recently led the launching of Lab for All health caravan in Sta Cruz, Laguna.
“Lab for All caravan is a program of the First Lady in providing medical services to the provinces, at the same time a venue for promoting other DOH programs and services,” Herbosa explained.
“Lab for All is an initiative of the First Lady with the aim of providing free consultation, free x-ray, laboratory services and medicines to the provinces.”

This project is in partnership with SAGIP Partylist, Department of Social Welfare and Development (DWSD), DOH, Philhealth, Ayala Healthcare Holdings, Inc., Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), and Local Government Units.
Previous Lab For All caravans were held every Tuesday in the cities of Batangas, Baguio, Tarlac, and Pampanga.

Also present during the launching were DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian, Cong. Caroline Tanchay (SAGIP Partylist), Philhealth officials, Cong. Ruth M. Hernandez, Gov. Ramil Hernandez, TESDA Director Subarto Mangudadatu, Food and Drug Administration Director General Samuel Zacate, DOH CHD 4A Director Ariel Valencia, Mr. Paolo Borromeo of AC Health and other local health partners.
