“DPWH Bulacan Second District Engineering Office improved and paved into concrete an 830-meter road traversing vast rice fields near the Barangays of Pasong Bangkal and Casalat.”
The improvement of the road is seen to benefit local farmers by providing an easier and cost-effective way of transporting their products from farms to market centers in the province.
“This road concreting project assures the supply of agricultural inputs and facilitates the delivery of the farm outputs to the markets,” Bonoan stressed.
Funded under the 2022 General Appropriations Act (GAA), a total of P18.3 million was allocated for the concreting of Pasong Bangkal-Casalat Road.
