Esteemed Dubai-based fashion designer Furne One, renowned for his innovative brand Amato Couture, called on Department of Tourism (DOT) Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco recently.
One hails from Cebu, and has been a trailblazer in the fashion world since launching his label in Dubai in 2002.
During their meeting, Frasco extended heartfelt congratulations to One for his global accomplishments and for elevating Filipino creativity and talent.

The meeting, also attended by Undersecretaries Shahlimar Hofer Tamano, Ferdinand Jumapao, Myra Abubakar, and Assistant Secretary Gissela Quisumbing, set the stage for future initiatives that could integrate local artistry into the global fashion landscape, marking a significant step forward for Filipino fashion and culture.
