Department of Health (DOH) Secretary Teddy Herbosa recently joined the groundbreaking ceremony of another Super Health Center at Maypajo, Caloocan City.
“The President’s marching order is to make sure there are health services for every Filipino by establishing a super health center where 80–90% of diseases may be attended to,” Herbosa stressed.
The establishment of Super Health Centers in different parts of the country is the advocacy of the Senate Committee on Health Chairman, Senator Bong Go, which aims to make government medical services more accessible to Filipinos.

Aside from Herbosa, Caloocan 1st District Representative Oca Malapitan, 2nd District Representative Mary Mitzi Lim Cajayon-Uy, Caloocan City Mayor Dale Malapitan, and Vice Mayor Karina Teh also attended the groundbreaking ceremony.
