Dela Rosa also went to Mayon Volcano.
“At 2pm, we motored to the Philvolcs Office in Ligñon Hill to be informed of the latest seismic and volcanic activities in Mt. Mayon. Doc Cedric Daep’s inputs were instructive even as the ‘science behind this calamity’ Dr. Paul Alanis’s data presentation was most welcome,” Lagman said.
“His visit was one marled by willingness to learn from the scientists and experts in disaster response and risk mitigation and management,” the governor concluded.
