Former Special Assistant to the President (SAP) Bong Go has climbed to the 3rd to 5th rank in the latest Pulse Asia survey.
Go, who initially ranked 6th to 12th in January, has obviously racked up from his campaign for the Senate race over the previous weeks.
With 53 percent, the administration bet is now tied with Senator Juan Edgardo Angara, who got 52.2 percent for the 3rd to 5th rank.
Pulse Asia’s survey, conducted from February 24-28, showed that the former SAP is on a definite upward trajectory – less than three months before the May 13 elections.
With only two months left before the elections, Senator Grace Poe remains at the top of the leaderboard based on her overall voter preference of 67.5 percent.

Meanwhile, Senator Cynthia Villar’s reelection bid has the support of 61 percent of registered voters giving her the solo spot for second place.
Completing the top half of the list are Taguig City Rep. Pia Cayetano, who is now in the 5th to 7th place with 47 percent; and former Philippine National Police chief Bato dela Rosa, who found himself in the 5th to 8th rank with 44.6 percent.
Endorsed by Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio, nine candidates of the Hugpong ng Pagbabago party made it to the 1st to 15th spot.

On the other hand, only former Interior and Local Government Secretary Mar Roxas from the opposition Otso Diretso party made it to the 8th to 12th spot.
The rest who made it to the top ranks are independent candidates and candidates from other political parties.
