The City of Bacolod, under the leadership of Mayor Albee Benitez, hosted the highly-anticipated Roadmap to a Super City Presentation at the L’Fisher Hotel, Bacolod City.
This event highlighted the city’s projects and achievements, offering a glimpse into the ongoing transformation, progress, and development under the Benitez administration.
“While we’re not there yet, with a solid plan and everyone’s collaboration and support, we will get there soon.”

Benitez, along with the city officials, barangay leaders, representatives from the business sector, civil society organizations (CSOs), and academic institutions, participated in the occasion.
“On this roadmap, our promise of a better quality of life for Bacolodnons serves as the foundation.”

“These pillars, once firmly established, will support the ultimate vision of Bacolod as a Super City, all while strengthening our identity as Bacolodnons,” Benitez added.
With over 1,000 attendees, the presentation served its purpose in sharing the city’s completed, ongoing, and upcoming projects, along with the reports of NEPC and Primewater-BACIWA and an open forum.
Benitez reassured the participants that Bacolod would continue its growth and development, standing true to his commitment to turning the city into a Super City.
