The Alpha Phi Beta Fraternity (APB) -University of the Philippines College of Law and Libra Law (Libarios and Partners) present SIYASAT 2023: the 3rd Ditto Sarmiento Journalism Cup Media Forum and Closing Ceremony, happening on OCTOBER 13, FRIDAY, at the UP Institute of Biology Auditorium.
The Ditto Sarmiento Journalism Cup (DSJC) is one of the biggest annual journalism contests in the country.
The annual DSJC aims not only to determine the best young journalists in the country, but more importantly, to inspire and instill among them the values of free and responsible journalism ― a hallmark of any democratic society.
This year, the DSJC, which has over 2000 contestants, will have its on-site closing ceremony, where an awarding will cap off the Nationwide Search for Ten Outstanding Young Journalists, the Visual Journalism Contests, and the Gawad Ditto Sarmiento.
There will also be a Media Forum and Lecture Series, with the following speakers:
