Since the first eruption of Mt. Kanlaon on December 9, 2024, the Philippine Red Cross (PRC), in partnership with the German Red Cross (Deutsches Rotes Kreuz) has been on the ground, providing essential humanitarian aid to affected communities.
Staying true to its commitment—Always First, Always Ready, Always There—PRC, with the support of GRC, continues its relief efforts to ensure that those in need receive immediate assistance.
The PRC has provided substantial support to the affected communities in both Negros Oriental and Negros Occidental.
The organization has distributed 1,108,500 liters of water, benefiting 15,474 individuals.

Additionally, 930 individuals have been reached through hygiene promotion initiatives.
