Negros Occidental Governor Bong Lacson led the ceremonial turnover of another 20 land titles to qualified recipients of the housing and livelihood programs of the Negros Occidental provincial government.
Recipients from the Minoyan Resettlement Site, Capitol Kabugwason Homes, Paglaum Village Housing, and Minoyan Farm Lot received the titles at rites held at the HOD Conference Room, Provincial Capitol, facilitated by the Provincial General Services Office.
The project underscores the provincial government’s commitment to supporting the community through enhanced access to housing and land ownership.

Lacson said that the lands will serve as a source of stability and growth, from farm lots that promote sustainable agricultural livelihoods to residential lots that provide dedicated provincial government employees with the housing security they deserve.
The Kabugwason Resettlement Site serves as a relocation for informal settlers of Brgys. 6, 7, and 8, Bacolod City occupying the properties owned by the Provincial Government.
