The RLMMC has been the battleground of the city in fighting COVID-19.
Formerly known as the Ospital Ning Angeles (ONA), the RLMMC led by Dr. Froilan Canlas, has been the battleground of the city in fighting COVID-19, providing quality healthcare and treatment to the patients contracting the virus.
To recall, all personnel in ONA exhausted all resources to give utmost health services to the patients in ONA — may it be for COVID-19 patients and other patients’ health cases.
The mayor recognizes this, with the intent of giving back to these personnel, who relentlessly worked hard and gave maximum effort in the face of the pandemic, and up to now under the new normal set-up.
In 2020, Lazatin ordered the ₱12,000 salary raise of 111 nurses in RLMMC.
