Bini showcases another side of themselves with “Kapit Lang”, their third single released at 12:00MN today!
Humble beginnings of BINI
Bini is a P-Pop group formed through the Star Hunt Academy, a training camp developed by ABS-CBN’s Head of Entertainment Production Laurenti Dyogi. The camp features training with both local and South Korean trainers to hone the trainees into well-rounded performers, paying attention not only to their skills but also their nutrition and overall well-being through workshops and counselling sessions.
After intensive training, the group finally released their pre-debut single last November 2020. Their first single, “Da Coconut,” is a bubblegum pop take on the classic Filipino song.
Born To Win
Born To Win is Bini’s first official single released earlier this year. The sound and vibe are different from their pre-debut single, featuring a sassier and more confident Bini. The lyrics are really empowering and talks about self-improvement and not giving up. The music video showcases how daring and fierce the girls could be. It is the quickest debut music video that got 200,000 views within 24 hours and has over a million views to date. It has also since been reviewed by multiple foreign reactors and vloggers on Youtube, a proof of Bini’s impact on the popularity of P-Pop on a global scale.

Kapit Lang and upcoming projects
Bini returns today with “Kapit Lang”, their first Tagalog song. It has more funk and bounce to it compared to Born To Win, but still carries the same message of staying strong even when nothing is going your way and you feel like losing all hope. It also showcases the group’s harmonization and improved vocals.
The group is also scheduled to perform with their brother group BGYO on their back-to-back concert named “One Dream” on November 6 & 7, 2021.
