Works are on-going for the building of a 64-bed capacity dormitory/isolation facility for frontliners in Cebu City.
Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar said that the project, which involves the conversion of container vans into a 16-bed capacity isolation facility at Lot 17, NOAH Complex, South Road Properties, Cebu City is aimed for completion in October.

“We hope to turn-over a fully-equipped dormitory to our Cebu City frontliners very soon,” Villar said.
“As a matter of fact, with the pace of construction, we see the completion of this facility by October 25, 2020,” the public works chief stressed.
The dorm facility is furnished with air-condition units, sofa, toilet and bath, laundry area, and common kitchen.
