The city government of Angeles under the leadership of Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. is set to conduct fumigation activities in 55 public schools as part of Brigada Eskwela, with the aim to protect students and teachers from dengue in time for the opening of classes on August 29.
Lazatin instructed the Angeles City anti-dengue task force, formed from the City Health Office Sanitation Division, to start the fogging activities on August 15.

Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel will supervise the said operation together with Angeles City Economic Development Investment Promotions Office (ACEDIPO) Chief Irish Bonus-Llego.
Department of Education (DepEd) Angeles City Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Ronaldo Pozon expressed his sincere gratitude to Lazatin for always taking in consideration the welfare of Angeleño learners.
